Virginia pushes forward with EV buildout in spite of its governor

Virginia transportation officials say they are now allocating $11.3 million in federal pass-through funds to build Electric Vehicle charging stations throughout the state on key highways, what it says is a “Phase 1-A” of a four-year plan.
