U.S. local governments get a major boost on EV infrastructure rollout
Sourcewell, which represents tens of thousands of local governments, now has a lineup of pre-procured EV infrastructure contracts that could speed up municipal rollouts nationwide.
A purchasing cooperative of more than 50,000 local governments throughout the U.S. now has signed contracts with about a half-dozen EV infrastructure providers - meaning villages, towns, cities, and counties can speed up the acquisition of Electric Vehicle charging equipment.
