West Virginia, where U.S. Senator Joe Manchin has been a leading EV obstructionist, is set to begin rolling out charging infrastructure along its major highways.
West Virginia is now set to bolster its Electric Vehicle infrastructure along its major highway, issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking companies to install them at three travel plazas along its major interstate.
